My outfit today

Season for pink

 

He does it well

Nothing say classic like a silk jacquard scarf with a trench coat. He picked up the burgundy from the scarf and paired it with a burgundy dress shirt. How much fun are menswear having? Absolutely love the Kenzo animal head green sweatshirt, paired with yellow causal trousers and a stripe green and lime yellow flat shoes. Top that with a grey bomber jacket. I'm loving this outfit! The Dries van norten watercolour landscape pants adds great fun to the usual menswear suit and trousers combination. Monks shoes and portfolio case are here to stay this winter. This camouflage print, faded into the base grey trousers has to be one of the coolest menswear item I have seen this winter! Combat style with elegance, what is combination. Well balanced patterned subdued shirt paired with pink trousers and a high key blue hat and a red ribbon. The attention is instantly focus back on the top.

Floral is still going strong in SS 2013. The color and floral patterns are influenced by oriental aesthetic. On top of this, I feel the trend will evolved to include bold block colours with floral/ patterns or with black and white stripes. Definitely stay tuned for these items! After looking at the various amazing new collection, I think I’m going to try my hand on creating a collage of patterns and stripes myself. Stayed tuned for more development!

Amalfi summer

Travelling in the hot southern Europe, with such strong contrast of sun, I find colourful outfit really stands out against the bright light, or beautiful rich red intense flowers, or you go all white. Here is a quick tip for taking great travel photos, not only something to remember, but with a little planning, it makes a even more amazing photos for your travel album.

You are part of the outfit

I really love this girl's look. Not only is that baby blue floral shirt looks great, but what a lot of people don't realise consciously is that, your hair colour plays a part in your outfit. In this case, her beautiful reddish orange hair colour contrast with the dark green trousers and her shirt. How are you wearing your clothes that compliments or contrast to your hair colour or your skin tones?

Casual saturday

Saturday morning heading up north outside london to the countryside. Weather forecast is supposed to be around 20 degrees but its chilly and windy here!

Last night I had so much fun playing pong pong and foosball that I didn’t sleep until 2am. Making this morning 7am wakeup call a difficult task to response.

Regardless today is a good day. Time spent with amazing dedicated volunteers and later visiting my good friend Aya who studies fine art with me. Exciting weekend ahead!
